Oracle Retail specialists

Oracle Retail, from merchandising to the till.

Implementation, customisation, integration and support across Merchandising, Store Inventory Operations, Sales Audit, integration and Xstore Point of Service — for retailers in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Merchandising that will not tie to the general ledger. A store day that will not close. Messages sitting in the error hospital. Xstore customisations that break at every release. Specific problems, handled by people who have seen them before.

Current Oracle Retail releases we work with

  • Merchandising26.2.301.0
  • Store Inventory Ops26.2.301.0
  • Integration26.2.301.0
  • Xstore Office Cloud26.1.301.0
  • Xstore POS26.0

Versions are not aligned across the portfolio — Merchandising is a minor ahead of Xstore. Anyone quoting a single "current Oracle Retail version" is guessing.

How we work

Three things worth knowing before you call

Our consultants are in India, and for support that is an advantage

We are based in Hyderabad and our clients are not. For a retailer in North America or Europe, that means your overnight batch window and your store-opening incidents are covered by people who are awake and at their desks rather than on a pager. We would rather state that plainly than describe it as a "global delivery model".

The fair objection to offshore delivery is not the timezone — it is churn and juniority. Ask us who specifically would be on your account, how long they have worked on Oracle Retail, and how long they have been with us. Those are the right questions and we will answer them directly.

We will argue against customisation you do not need

Every customisation is a liability at every future upgrade, and cloud releases are quarterly now. Sometimes the honest answer is that the process should change rather than the software. We would rather say that during scoping than bill for the build and again for the rework.

You can start small

You do not need to hand over the estate to find out whether we are any good. First-line support, a single integration, or a regression pack for the next quarterly release are all contained pieces of work that tell you what you need to know within a quarter.

Tell us what is actually going wrong

Version numbers, error messages and what you have already tried. We will tell you whether we can help — including when the answer is no.
